Yu-fan is from Taiwan and is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. She earned her M.A. in Child Study and Human Development from Tufts University. With 8 years of experience, Yu-fan has worked with young children as a daycare teacher and an early intervention specialist. Her certification in DIR/Floortime underscores her efforts to assist both neurotypical and neurodiverse children to grow and thrive. Yu-fan believes that social interaction skills are important for children, as they also influence children’s learning abilities, relationships with others, and their perceptions of the world.
